About Echo Revenew

Built in the Field.
Not in a Classroom.

Echo Revenew was developed from nearly twenty years inside home improvement sales and thousands of in home appointments.

It came from sitting across the table from homeowners. Winning deals. Losing deals. Getting things wrong. Adjusting. Trying again. Studying strong and struggling salespeople, working with managers and owners, and paying attention to what was happening inside an appointment before the outcome ever showed up in the numbers.

Over time, patterns emerged.

The same lead could produce very different outcomes. Homeowner uncertainty could develop long before price was presented. Salespeople could know exactly what to do and still execute differently in the home. And what looked like a lead, training, pricing, or rep problem wasn’t always what it appeared to be.

Those observations became the foundation for Echo Revenew.

The Numbers Tell You What Happened. They Don’t Always Tell You Why.

Close rate. Average ticket. Demo rate. Lead cost. Revenue.

Those numbers matter.

But when one changes, the harder question is: Why?

Echo doesn’t begin with the assumption that you need more leads, more training, a new script, or another sales process.

First, we find out what’s actually happening.

Meet Chad

After thousands of appointments and nearly twenty years in home improvement sales, I became increasingly interested in the gap between what sales organizations can measure and what is actually creating those results.

Echo Revenew grew out of that experience, trial and error, and a simple principle that still guides the company today:

Don’t assume. Investigate.

Curious what Echo might see in your sales operation?
